Who is eligible?
Learners who complete a program with a strong capstone and a finished Talent Profile become eligible for the career pathway.
Is a job guaranteed?
No. Eligible learners can be considered for career opportunities through USM Business Systems. Opportunities depend on openings, location and fit.
Who sees my Talent Profile?
We share a Talent Profile with USM Business Systems only with your explicit consent, given separately from registration.
Does the pathway cost extra?
No. Career-pathway eligibility is included in the program price.
