Jay Bobba is the CEO of Emergera and the lead instructor of its flagship program, Building AI Agents. Jay teaches the live sessions of the Founding Cohort and judges its Demo Day.

Rishithej Bollam

Rishithej Bollam is Emergera's CTO. Rishithej is Managing Director of ML Dynamic Solutions, an enterprise AI firm, and has co-founded ventures across agentic cybersecurity, computer vision, healthcare AI and electrochemical sensing. Rishithej holds an MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering with Management from the University of Leicester and is based in Hyderabad, India.
